Once Upon A TimeOnce upon a time I was carrying an anchor off the side of my boat as I sped through the water it only got harder to float. Her hands so filled
With flowers blooming, She walks towards A love which has wilted.
Her hands tremble With brittle fears Of losing a love That dreams have so long held.
Her eyes brimming
With delicate hopes, But she is ignored The flowers tossed away.
On the concrete ground Those flowers are useless, Beautiful but unwanted, Just like her.
